If you are fully vaccinated, you do not have to wear a mask if you choose not to. But we ask, if you are not fully vaccinated to please keep your mask on during your entire visit.
As we’re still trying to maintain social distance, please keep your distance from other customers while walking throughout the salon.
For your & our safety, we still have barriers between our desk, sinks & stations.
Please be assured that our staff here are on top of cleaning in between customer visits.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, we reserve the right to amend the services performed within the time remaining.
Aqua Salon & Spa offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not happy with your service, and contact us within 5 days of your original appointment, you will receive a complimentary re-do service. (Instances may vary.)
Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and out therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapists will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests to ensure your comfort.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on product(s). You may return your product within 30 days, provided it is not expired and not used. We will gladly exchange your product(s) for another retail product in the salon. We do not offer cash back on returns.
SERIES AND PACKAGE POLICY
All series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the spa. Packages and series have no expiration date.
Guests must call to cancel an appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. If a guest fails to do so a $50 cost of service fee may be charged.
Gift cards make a great gift for birthdays, special occasions, or just to say thank you to your family and friends. Gift cards can be used on services, retail, and tax. Gratuities may not be paid by gift card. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and no change will be given on any unused value, which will remain on your account. They have no expiration date.
We accept all major credit cards.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be left as cash or personal check. We cannot accept gratuity on credit card.
