We value our guests’ time and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. If your appointment requires a time slot of over two hours, we kindly request you reserve your appointments with a 50% deposit using either a credit card or a gift card to guarantee reservations.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our returning guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, we reserve the right to amend the services performed within the time remaining.
Aqua Salon & Spa offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not happy with your service, and contact us within 5 days of your original appointment, you will receive a complimentary re-do service. (Instances may vary.)
Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and out therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapists will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests to ensure your comfort.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on product(s). You may return your product within 30 days, provided it is not expired and not used. We will gladly take back and exchange your product(s) for another retail product in the salon. We do not offer cash back on returns.
SERIES AND PACKAGE POLICY
All series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the spa. Packages and series have no expiration date.
Clients must call to cancel an appointment that has had a deposit placed on it at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. If a client fails to inform the company with the required amount of notice, the deposit placed on that appointment may be kept.
Gift cards make a great gift for birthdays, special occasions, or just to say thank you to your family and friends. Gift cards can be used on services, retail, and tax. Gratuities may not be paid by gift card. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and no change will be given on any unused value, which will remain on your account. They have no expiration date.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as cash or personal check. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
